'Dance Moms' season 7 rumors: Abby Lee Miller to still appear on the show
Despite the speculations that Abby Lee Miller will no longer be part of "Dance Moms" season 7, the latest in the rumor mill is that the dance instructor/show producer will still be part of the upcoming episodes of "Dance Moms" as the schedule for the handing down of the verdict on the court cases she is facing has been pushed back.
According to reports, although Miller's camp did not ask for an extension on the release of the verdict, its schedule has been moved to January next year after it was expected to come out next month.
"Due to a scheduling conflict, government counsel is unavailable on that date [Dec. 2]...the Government respectfully requests that the sentencing date be continued until Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, at a time convenient for the court," said U.S. Attorney David Hickton in a document.
Because of the delay on the verdict on Miller's court cases, rumors claim that the dance instructor/producer can still be seen in more episodes of "Dance Moms" season 7. After all, it has been reported that the reality/dance series has already taped nine episodes for its season 7. And, since Miller has still more than two months before the verdict on her legal battles comes out, she still has ample amount of time to tape more episodes for "Dance Moms" season 7.
In the event that the court does not come out with a ruling that will favor Miller, though, it is said that either Miller will no longer appear in the future episodes of "Dance Moms" season 7, or, if worse comes to worst, Miller and the stars of "Dance Moms" may have to deal with the fact that "Dance Moms" will have to take its final bow.
According to sources, if the court ruling turns out against Miller, she may serve a jail time of five years and be required to pay $5 million in fine for 20 counts of fraud and violation of currency reporting laws.
