Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette) will be forced to play a series of dangerous mind games if she still wants to see her surrogate daughter again in the upcoming episode of the CBS series "CSI: Cyber."

In "Python's Revenge," TV Guide reports that the number one criminal in the Cyber unit's hit list has returned to settle scores with Avery. Dante Wilkerson (Evan Jones) aka Python has devised an elaborate set up for his biggest nemesis. To keep her going, the hacker has kidnapped her daughter and will use her as bait. Avery and her team will have to break a series of code-like puzzles in order to get her back.

The last time viewers saw Python was during episode 8 of the current season, when he assassinated Avery's agent friend Flemming (Andrew Miller). The criminal actually had Avery listen to Flemming's cries while he was torturing him. Apparently, Flemming was on his trail and he believed that Avery sent him to flush him out. Thoroughly angry with Python, the head of the Cyber unit pushed her team to find every scrap of information they could get to locate him.

Eventually, they hit pay dirt. They found out that his mother is still alive and that when he was a kid, he suffered from a skin condition called psoriasis. His classmates often teased him for his snake-like skin and that was where he got his alias. Python was livid at Avery for getting so far with her investigation. He showed her that he could get to her anytime he wanted when he visited her office without her knowing about it. This time, though, he has had enough of observing. He wants to see her suffer. Will he succeed or will Avery finally close a chapter in her violent past?

"CSI: Cyber" season 2 airs Sundays at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
