"Clash of Clans" players are eager to find out anything new about the mobile game's rumored September update, and there's a chance that more details could finally be shared this week.

Over on the r/ClashOfClans Subreddit, noted tipster "Chief spAnser" hinted that Sneak Peeks may finally be made available as early this week.

That's great news for players who have been starving for more details regarding the September update. If the first Sneak Peek really is scheduled to get underway this week, then it's likely that the eagerly anticipated September update will be fleshed out further prior to the arrival of the preview.

For now, players don't really know all that much about what could be included in this month's update.

The only thing new that developer Supercell has revealed at this point is that they are working on an additional feature known as "Clan Challenge."

Supercell detailed the additional feature over on their official forums, revealing that it will give Clans an opportunity to issue War requests to other Clans.

A War that comes about as a result of a successfully issued and accepted "Clan Challenge" will be a bit different since it affords Clans with the opportunity to designate specific battle participants. The Clans can even determine just how long the preparation and battle phases of the coming War will be.

Supercell has yet to indicate exactly when the "Clan Challenge" feature may be added to "Clash of Clans," though some have speculated that it could be included in the September update.

As "Chief spAnser" noted however, there's a chance that the "Clan Challenge" will not be added just yet, and players may instead be getting other items courtesy of the September update.

More details about the next update coming to "Clash of Clans" should be made available in the near future.
