'Chicago Med' season 2 episode 6 spoilers: Dr. Reese helps a possible sex trafficking teenage victim

A troubled teen revisits Dr. Reese (Rachel DiPillo) in the upcoming episode 6, titled "Alternative Medicine," of the second season of "Chicago Med."

Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) has a young cancer patient and she is having a hard time telling her patient's critical condition to her parents. Meanwhile, a troubled teenager, Danny (Nick Marini), reaches out to Dr. Reese again. However, the situation that Dr. Reese will be facing may be much more complicated than it's supposed to be so she asks for Dr. Charles' (Oliver Platt) and Det. Lindsay's (Sophia Bush) help to find a better solution to the problem.

Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) and Maggie (Marlyne Barrett), on the other hand, do everything they can to clear the logjam in the hospital. Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) decides to reassess his instincts as he observes that Dr. Latham (Ato Essandoh) and Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) are picking up on things that he fails to get. Also, Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) and Manning are impressed by the bio-engineering lab of a teenage science geek and her friends.

The promo trailer for "Chicago Med" season 2 episode, "Alternative Medicine," shows Dr. Reese meeting a troubled young man who may be a victim of sex trafficking. Although Dr. Charles warns her that seeing the teenager outside of the hospital is a terrible idea, Reese continues to help him. However, her actions may put her life at risk.

In other news, the upcoming episode will see "Chicago P.D.'s" Det. Lindsay for a crossover as she gives legal advice to Dr. Reese.

Meanwhile, the previous episode, titled "Extreme Measures," saw victims in critical condition after a car crash at the Chicago Marathon. Because of the urgency of the problem, two medical residents were sent in the field to perform an intense operation. Also, the team looked into the case of an 8-year-old who struggled in sudden loss of hearing.
