'Chicago Fire' Season 3 finale spoilers: Casey and Voight uncover Jack Nesbitt's shady dealings, while a fire breaks out at Firehouse 51
"Chicago Fire" has certainly had an intense season with the drama surrouding Casey and Dawson's relationship, Shay's death, and Severide hooking up with a nurse from its second spin-off series, "Chicago Med". Firefighters are always risking their lives to save people; so when a fire breaks out at Firehouse 51, fans shouldn't expect everyone to come out alive.
As per the description of the season finale's episode by Hollywood Hills, Lt. Casey risks his life by digging deeper into the shady dealings of Jack Nesbitt. Interestingly, viewers will see the "Chicago P.D." character, Voight work with Casey in a bid to take down the shady organization. Fans of both the series are well aware of the tensions between these two characters, but since Casey is in the construction team of Nesbitt's bar, Stilleto's, Voight will have no choice but to work alongside him. Of course, this will lead to a showdown between them; so fans shouldn't miss out on it.
Meanwhile, members of the squad and the truck continue to be at odds with each other over Rice's recent actions on the field, leaving Chief Boden to figure out how to create unity in a divided house. Moreover, because of Rice's actions and Severide's misjudgment, Boden will begin to question his own decision-making skills.
However, the most exciting and sensational aspect of the episode will be a fire that engulfs Firehouse 51. The blaze quickly gets out of control, threatening the members of the firehouse and prompting Boden and Cruz to risk everything to save their own lives. Elsewhere, Dawson receives some life-altering news.
Audiences shouldn't expect the finale of season three of "Chicago Fire" to wrap up with a nice little bow. Moreover, he told TVLine that all hope is not lost for Casey and Dawson fans, and a series of surprise hookups will shock fans. In episode 23, the focus will be on Scott Rice.
