'Boruto Naruto: Next Generations' rumors: Is the manga in danger of being canceled?

(Viz)The new generation of hokages are having their own manga series titled "Boruto Naruto: Next Generations."

The first four chapters of the manga "Boruto Naruto: Next Generations" have already been released and were met by not so good reactions from followers of the franchise. While the story is getting warmed up, rumors about cancellation have begun to surface.

According to rumors, many of the readers feel that the storyline is weak compared to those in the previous franchises as the first four chapters offer nothing new. Yibada points out that the said chapters serve as a re-telling of the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie;" however, the publication also points out that the chapters have already introduced possible story arcs that could lead to a bigger and more compelling story for the coming chapters.

One possible story arc could include another type of chakra wielder or a new race that was hinted at on the first six pages of the series. It was suggested in Boruto's dream where he also dreamed of unlocking Byakugan's true power.

A debate on on who Metal Lee's mother could be has also started and curiosity over Gaara's three children's mother is also a mystery. And finally, the impending destruction of Konoha also raises questions about the fate of the Shinobi World.

Meanwhile, as the story after the movie is about to start, "Boruto Naruto: Next Generations" chapter 5's supposed spoilers are beginning to surface. Reports reveal that Boruto Uzumaki might get disqualified during the final round of the Chunin Selection Exams.

He was caught using a forbidden weapon called Kote by the seventh Hokage and Naruto is speculated to punish him in front of the class. Manga followers might also get to know who the two mysterious men are and why they are after Naruto's power.

Meanwhile, what is written on the scroll might also reveal why Naruto reacted the way he did upon learning about his son's misconduct.
