After being unresponsive since January, Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter to famed music celebrities - the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, passed away last Sunday, July 26, 2015 at the Atlanta hospice facility where she was being cared for. The 22-year-old has been in a coma for six months after suffering from irreversible brain damage.

Just this Monday, Bobby Brown has issued a statement through his attorney lamenting the loss of his only child and thanking the people who have supported his family throughout the difficult time.

"Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time. My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable. We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl" read Brown's statement.

Since the announcement, an outpouring of condolences and support have been extended by fans to Bobby Kristina's family. Whitney Houston's official website posted a baby picture of Bobby and supporters have flooded it with only the kindest of words.

"My prayers are with the families at this sad time. My heart goes out to all that has been watching this for the last 6 months and now may we all have closure knowing that this beautiful mother and daughter are once reunited ... Peace be with you," said tabralee915.

"So sorry for the loss of Bobbi Kristina. I would like to extend my condolences and wish the Houston and Brown family all the strenght during this sad time. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Houston and Brown family." Said Mandy.

When and where the body of Bobbi Kristina would be laid to rest have not been confirmed, however, reports claim that her final resting place would be beside her mother at Westfield Cemetery in New Jersey.
