The cast and crew of "Better Call Saul" are very busy these days as filming is underway for the third season, but as early as now, core cast member Bob Odenkirk is dropping hints about which "Breaking Bad" characters will appear in the upcoming installment.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, Odenkirk recently visited the area and spilled the beans on which characters from "Breaking Bad" could potentially appear in "Better Call Saul" season three.

"I think you're going to see Jesse (Pinkman). Because Jesse knew about Saul (in "Breaking Bad")... honestly, it felt like he had somewhat of an understanding of Saul. Maybe he had met him. I think there is a better chance we'd see Jesse," he said.

Jesse was the former partner of Bryan Cranston's amazing Walter White when they were in the meth trade. He was always loyal to Walt even if he constantly received admonishing from the older guy.

However, things took a turn when Saul emerged, revealing to poor drugged Jesse that Walt just used him so he can take down Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito). In the end, Walt saved Jesse from ultimate destruction, but was Walt's final move in honor of their broken friendship enough to mend Jesse's life?

This could potentially be where Jesse will enter into Saul's life. Though Saul and Jesse's interactions in "Breaking Bad" weren't the center of the series, Odenkirk's words can confirm that if the showrunners decide to bring in Jesse for the spinoff, more of the intertwined worlds can be detailed in "Better Call Saul" season three.

As for the highly anticipated and widely demanded appearance of Walt White, Odenkirk also told the Albuquerque Journal: "I think they [the showrunners] might do such a thing and we'd see Walter (White). And I think Bryan would be game for that."

It's reasonable that Cranston and Aaron Paul, who portrayed Jesse in "Breaking Bad," will appear in the same episode if ever the writers come up with an amazing plot to bring the two characters in. They would have to appear together in one or two episodes to further explain the ties they have with Odenkirk's Jimmy/Saul.

Will Jesse and Walt appear in the upcoming installment? Stay tuned for more updates on "Better Call Saul" season three, which is expected to premiere sometime early 2017 on AMC.
