Almost a year after announcing their separation, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reportedly given their marriage another chance as Garner, supposedly, decided to forgive her husband and let bygones to be bygones.

According to Us Weekly, the beleaguered couple was recently spotted in Italy for another family getaway. Just weeks before that, E! News reported that they were also spotted in France for a short visit.

Garner and Affleck are currently renting a property in London, where Affleck is shooting his scenes for the upcoming Warner Bros. and DC movie "Justice League" and will stay there until the movie wraps its filming. 

An insider of Us Weekly revealed that Affeck and Garner are now in a good place as the damage in their relationship has already been mended. On the other hand, an unnamed friend of Garner has said that the trip abroad has been instrumental in rekindling the flame of romance.

"Jen would get back together with him," according to the unnamed source.

On the contrary, though, there are also those who claim that the current arrangement of the couple won't lead to a permanent reconciliation between them. A friend of Affleck has said that the two are not getting back together, and everything is just a part of their parental duties to their kids.

"Ben and Jen are not getting back together. They're co-parenting and showing the kids Europe while he's there filming. That's all it is and they're happy with this arrangement," revealed the source.

Last month, Radar Online also reported that Affleck and Garner had already reconciled following the rumors that the actress is pregnant with Affleck's fourth child, and that it is only a matter of time before the couple would make an official announcement of Garner's supposed pregnancy. However, as of this writing, fans of the couple are yet to get the confirmation on the said news.

Affleck and Garner announced last year that they were ending their 10-year marriage. It was initially thought that the cause of the separation was Affleck's alleged affair with their kids' nanny. However, in an interview with Vanity Fair earlier this year, Garner let the nanny off the hook by saying that she and Affleck had already called it quits even before she heard about the nanny issue.

Despite the separation, though, the couple have managed to live under one roof, in order to give their children normal parenting.
