Seasoned viewers of CW's "Beauty And The Beast" have been keenly waiting for any news on season three, as most do not want to say goodbye to Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vince (Jay Ryan) just yet. The good news is that CW announced its renewal of not only a third season that is set to premiere in three months, but also a fourth. CW also set a premiere date for its third season, which is May 21 at 8 p.m. eastern time, according to TV Guide.

The good news is that fans will finally see the pair together, since much of season one and two focused on bringing the pair close to each other. But, of course, things don't seem as rosy as they are, as the season's official synopsis reveals that new threats can test the limits of their relationship. Vincent and Catherine will uncover a new conspiracy that involved innocents being used to test the boundaries of the impossible and Vincent can only fight the conspiracy by turning into the beast he carries within. The problem with turning into a beast is that it will put a strain on Cat and Vince's efforts to have a normal relationship.

While ratings for the show have not been up to CW's regular standards, the reason for the show's renewal was due to its motley group of loyal followers across the globe. This is proven by the fact that "Beauty And The Beast" won the award in Favorite Network Sci-Fi/Fantasy show at the People's choice award. Additionally, actor Austin Basis teased fans by telling People's Choice that he doesn't have a good feeling about J.T being injected with a mysterious drug, "It hasn't been on the market, and it's not FDA-approved. I don't trust anything that's not FDA-approved."

Will Cat and Vince be able to stay strong despite the new conspiracy? What happens to J.T?
