'Ash vs Evil Dead' season 2 episode 6 spoilers: Ash and team work to send Baal back to hell

(Ash vs Evil Dead / Facebook)"Ash vs Evil Dead" season 2 airs Sundays 8 p.m. on Starz.

Danger looms on the horizon for Ash (Bruce Campbell) and the team in the upcoming episode 6, titled "Trapped Inside," of the second season of the American comedy horror series "Ash vs Evil Dead."

A furious mob corners and is ready to attack Ash and his entire team while they are in Brock's (Lee Majors) house. Ruby (Lucy Lawless), on the other hand, is doing all she can to summon a spell. Apparently, there is a spell that could send Baal (Joel Tobeck) back to where he came from and where he deserves to be — hell. Meanwhile, Ash also gets to prove to the people in town that, contrary to popular belief, he is not a murderer but a hero. This is after a familiar deadite comes looking for him.

The promo trailer for the upcoming "Ash vs Evil Dead" season 2 episode "Trapped Inside" shows Pablo (Ray Santiago) being possessed by some evil spirit. Ruby tells to the group that once the book or the spell manifests completely, they will no longer have to worry about him.

Ash assures the group that they should not worry about a thing because he is confident that they are safe inside Brock's house. However, it doesn't seem like they are completely safe as an angry mob tries to attack the group. The group assumes that the mob may have the key to the book. Ash assumes that the main target of the mob is him.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Rotten Tomatoes, the cast of "Ash vs Evil" revealed the dangers that Ash and the team will face for the rest of season 2.

"Ruby finally explained to Kelly, and ultimately the audience, why she's so concerned with Baal," actress Dana DeLorenzo said, "the most dangerous villain in Evil Dead history. He is insidious. He is manipulative. He jumps from person to person and gets inside their minds until they annihilate themselves. Starting Sunday, you will see how this transpires."

"Ash vs Evil" season 2 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Starz.
