The guys and gals of "Amerca's Next Top Model" cycle 22 mimght be slimming down but the relationships are heating up. And episode seven of the reality modelling competition hints that one of them just might be falling in love already.

"America's Next Top Moel" cycle 22 contestants, Justin Kim and Mamé Adjei, had been hooking up the past few weeks but episode six already hinted that it might be more than just that. Justin was visibly upset when Mamé had to make out with Mikey Heverly during the episode's "Simply Be" challenge with former "ANTM" winner Whitney Thompson. With another lip-locking in the horizon, how will this affect the pair's relationship?

In the episode seven preview last week, it was shown that Mamé gets paired once again with Mikey in a sexy beach shoot. Justin was visibly upset by this. But it seems that instead of fighting for his girl, the 23-year-old Virginia native might be retreating.

In a new episode seven trailer, Mamé reveals, "I could definitely see myself falling in love with him. But lately he has been pulling back." Justin, in turn, explains that he just wants to be careful about "getting too close." What his motivation is for doing so — regaining focus on the competition, trying to protect Mamé, or opening himself to other "options" in the house — remains to be seen.

Also in the trailer, Justin was shown in his own shoot with Hadassah, where they also engage in a sexy make-out scene. The 23-year-old beauty queen from Maryland was asked about what she felt about the kiss, and she answered, "Awkward."

Watch episode seven of "America's Next Top Model" cycle 22, titled "The Guy Who Acts A Fool Trailer," when it premieres on The CW this Sept. 16.
