'60 Days In' episode 10 spoilers: Inmates in danger
The experimental first season of "60 Days In" is coming to a close and some of the remaining implanted inmates face trouble. Two of the male participants are getting closer to their inmates and a female participant gets into an argument.
Isaiah has earned the trust of an inmate named Treshawn who has welcomed him into a group inside the cell. In the previous episode, Isaiah was being offered to join them in smoking crack sticks, and when asked whether he has done something that could lead to him being a real inmate, he got a little nervous.
Isaiah's biggest motivation in joining the show is his brother who has been imprisoned. He wanted to understand what his brother is going through and now he has realized how hard it is to survive and choose to do what is right in such an environment. He said, "It's hard to be good when you have so many bad influences like that." Will he stick to his principles or succumb to the peer pressure?
Zac has also formed a close bond with one of his fellow inmates, who like him, served the US Marine. Brian is serving time due to his addiction, a condition Zac is rather familiar with because his wife is going through a similar battle.
Zac wishes to gain experience that will help him when he enters a career in law enforcement. Living inside and meeting inmates like Brian could help him in dealing with those who seek redemption. Previously, he missed his breakfast tray and Brian gave him half of his meal.
Tami has easily blended into the F-pod group, but her recent encounter with a contraband operation could compromise her cover. She is a police officer in real life and wishes to work on strengthening security inside the cells.
The trailer for episode 10 shows her arguing with one or more of the inmates and she expresses wanting to leave the prison. Has she blown her cover? Will she still stay and finish 60 days inside?
Find out on "60 Days In," which airs Thursdays, 10 p.m., on A&E.
