WWE rumors: Jim Ross sees Undertaker far from retiring

The Undertaker was believed to be someone retiring at Wrestlemania 32 but none of that happened. There were of course a lot of factors leading to that, including the selection of an ideal opponent.

John Cena was rumored to be that guy to give Undertaker a proper send-off. But no thanks to a shoulder injury he incurred earlier this year, all plans were snuffed. Most of the big stars were out and the WWE simply found no one capable of properly sending the "Dead Man" off.

The only thing that came close was that it would have been the Undertaker's last match had he lost to Shane McMahon. Of course, that was impossible and the Dead Man goes on.

But the more pressing question right now is up to when. Many believe that it will happen at some point, though the only thing that makes sense is that the "Taker" will retire at one of the future Wrestlemania events.

Jim Ross, a former WWE announcer, shares his take on the "Dead Man." While he agrees that the Undertaker will indeed retire at one future Wrestlemania show, it will not be happening soon. It could be at Wrestlemania 33 or 34 but Ross is not confident of calling it.

The only thing he is certain of is that it will be at the annual WWE event. Even if he is already 51 years old, the Undertaker has already left quite a legacy that Ross believes will cause the WWE and its fans to stop. It will be big news for his 25 years in the WWE.

The hands-down option right now is for John Cena to wrestle one last match with the Undertaker and such will not be surprising if it does happen next year.

If health issues hindered that this year, here's hoping that the Cenation leader or anyone who the WWE may have in mind is injury-free before the next Wrestlemania comes around. The same holds true for future Wrestlemanias, assuming that "Taker" still wants to ride on.
