Playstation Plus free games for June 2016: NBA 2K16, Gone Home: Console Edition, Echochrome and more

(Facebook / PlayStation)PS Plus free games for this month will be available on June 7.

PlayStation players are in for a treat as the PS Plus free games for June 2016 have been announced.

PS Plus has released a blog containing the list of free games available this month. Two very popular games will be available for PlayStation 4 (PS4) consoles, and two games each will also be available for PS3 and PS Vita players.

In the spirit of the ongoing NBA Finals, "NBA 2K16" is made available for PS4 consoles, along with "Gone Home: Console Editon. "NBA 2K16" may be played alone or with a maximum of four players. The movements are so realistic they enable players to feel how it is to be in the big league. A player gets to customize his NBA journey with modes such as MyCareer and MyTeam.

"Gone Home: Console Edition" is a Story Exploration video game that continues to be popular and was only made available to PS4 in January. Players take control of a character who comes home to find the house empty. The story has captured the hearts of players all over the world.

For PS3 consoles, "Echochrome" and episodes 1–12 of "Siren: Blood Curse" will be available. The black and white color scheme of "Echochrome" pretty much describes the puzzle mechanics of the game. It has taken traditional games to an electronic level that enhances the players' logical thinking.

For PS players who prefer action and adventure, there's "Siren: Blood Curse" where the character controlled must uncover the mystery behind the cursed village. Seven playable characters are available and graphics come in HD display.

"God of War: Chains of Olympus" and "Little Deviants" are what's in store for PS Vita players. In "God of War: Chains of Olympus," players take control of a character known as The Ghost of Sparta who fights his way to redemption in the underworld.

"Little Deviants" are meant for the young players but will also entertain the young at heart. The game allows players to explore all PS Vita functions, including rear touch, rear camera, and microphone.

All games will be available for download on June 7.
