"Mass Effect: Andromeda" is one of the most anticipated games in the "Mass Effect" series. The hype for it, however, has been affected by the reported issues seen by players.

PC players have reportedly noticed lag issues upon playing "Mass Effect: Andromeda." Several players are currently expressing their disappointment on various forums and social media websites regarding the particular problem ever since the title was released.

On Reddit, a player named blckknight61 wrote that he has experienced the same issue when he was playing the trial version.

According to BitBag, one of the most drastic issues that a video game does not want to have is lag as it can majorly affect the overall gaming experience of the players. The problem may stem from displays receiving signals late. It can also be caused by controller input.

Nevertheless, Blizzard has to take action immediately or suffer the consequences of ignoring the rant of the players. "Mass Effect: Andromeda" has significantly gathered a number of players, so losing a great number is a huge loss for the title and for the "Mass Effect" series, considering the fact that the franchise has been a hit when it was launched.

Aside from the lag problems, some players are experiencing game control delays. PC players, who use a keyboard and a mouse, reported the same issue. Console players are apparently observing the same issue with their platform.

Meanwhile, some players are not reporting bugs in the game. Instead, they are expressing their disappointment over the game's romance options. Basically, they are fussing about the fact that male characters who can only start a romance with women. However, women are able to start a romance with either men or fellow women. The underrepresentation of gay relationships in the game irked many fans.

It is also known that the romance feature in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" can lead to a sex scene. However, Kotaku wrote that the game is not as extensive in bringing about male gay options with this feature.

Bioware has not commented on this issue yet.
