'Clash of Clans' optional update arrives while another one is rumored to release

(clashofclans.com)More new updates for 'Clash of Clans'

More news about updates for the iOS and Android game "Clash of Clans" emerged this week and it brought good news for gamers on the whole. However, those who indulge in cheating in the game could get a surprise when new updates hit in the future.

The latest update of the game arrived in the form of an optional one, and Neurogadget reporting on its arrival described how it brought a lot of "visual" elements. Among the improvements are those of the air defense units, and using these, players will be able to find out the level that is available as balance. Also, a bug was fixed when the optional update landed and it pertained to the crashes that several players were facing when pressing cancel.

Among the other changes that arrived in the recent update, which followed the one that released in March, were adjustments in War Events screen. As a result of this particular change, new and old stars on the screen can be read easily. However, the recent update that rolled out for the game did not bring any improvements to the problems that are currently in Town Hall 11.

As for updates that are in the pipeline and due to arrive further down the line in "Clash of Clans," there are rumors that one of these will deal with Clan War cheating. The plans for Clan War cheaters have been discussed for months and it appears that the game is beset with problems arising from this particular aspect. GottabeMobile, reporting on the upcoming update to deal with Clan War cheaters, states that the December update meant to deal with cheaters in the game but it did not get rid of them completely.

It appears that Supercell, the developer of the "Clash of Clans" game, is taking cheating in the game quite seriously, but until it brings out an update to deal with cheaters, it is encouraging gamers to report such instances.
