R&B artist Chris Brown has received yet another restraining order from another ex-girlfriend. American actress and model Karrueche Tran wants the singer to stay away from her after allegedly inflicting violence and threatening to kill her.

According to an E! News report, Tran filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Brown. A Los Angeles court granted her the order. Even though the two have broken up since 2014, she claims that he is still harassing her even until earlier this month. "He threatened to shoot me," she stated in the court documents. "He told a few people that he was going to kill me. He said if no one else can have me, then he's gonna take me out."

The legal documents were made public just recently. It is also stated in the documents that Brown has been repeatedly harassing the model through text messages.

The order requires Brown to stay away from her and not make any attempt to contact her. It also calls for him to surrender any weapons in his possession until the hearing on March 9.

In a series of posts on singer-songwriter Kay Cola's Twitter account, she claims that she had heard Brown beating Tran herself. She was a neighbor at the time of the incident.

The tweets came after headlines broke that Tran was granted the restraining order against her ex-boyfriend.

Brown has yet to make an official statement regarding the allegations.

Back in 2009, Brown got in trouble with the authorities for beating singer ex-girlfriend Rihanna. He then got convicted and was on a six-year probation, which ended in 2015. He also got arrested last year over suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
